• Images provided as inspiration will be used as a guide; exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
• Colors, decorations, and artistic elements may vary slightly.
   

4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

We take care in preparing our products; however:

• Our bakery handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.
• We do not guarantee that any product is allergen-free.
• Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary needs.
   

We are not liable for adverse reactions related to ingredient sensitivities or allergies.

5. Pickups

• Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time.
• Products not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded without refund.
   

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods:

• All sales are final.
• Refunds may be offered at our discretion for products that are defective or incorrect.
• We may request photos or the return of the product for review.
   

Taste preference is not considered a defect.
